Behind the cloth today, a wonderful portrait of a retired Harris Tweed® weaver. Johnny (Seonaidh) Buchanan comes from Bhaltos in Uig, Isle of Lewis. We love the layer of detail from houndstooth cap to checked shirt to ribbed and bobbly jumper. Sometimes texture and pattern take precedent over glorious colour!
