From the land, comes the cloth, comes the language…

A thousand scattering gems chime as a wave retreats on the sand. The tiny shells are tumbling over each other in the longshore drift. A blur of pink, blue and white amongst the golden grains, soon to grind down to fine powder, soft under bare feet.

Our Gaelic Coastal Word of the Week comes from “Scotland’s Nature Agency, Buidheann Nàdair na h-Alba”
