The Harris Tweed® Journal

What the Customer Should Know

19th March

A fascinating archive article in our Tailor & Cutter series from February 1961. Of course, times have moved on and Harris Tweed® cloth is used in more versatile and innovative ways than ever. It is definitely not always ‘inclined to bulk’ as the writer suggests, but we like to think it still has an ‘open air, defiant, tempestuous aspect’ to its nature.

Thanks to Eric Musgrave for sending us these slices of history.
